Enrollment & Registration

Registration begins on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. You MUST have an appointment to register. Call to schedule your appointment as of March 1st. 973-263-7200 ext. 3021

Enrollment:

Space is extremely limited and enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee a school placement or a 3 day or 5 day placement. To enroll you must set an appointment by calling the PACE Office at 973-263-7200 ext. 3021. When registration opens in March, appointments will take place Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm at the Board of Education Office. There are no walk-in appointments.

Requirements:

In order to participate in our preschool program, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  1. To be eligible for the 2018-2019 school year, children must be 3 or 4 years of age by October 1, 2018.
  2. Your child must be a resident of Parsippany-Troy Hills (proof of residency must be provided).
  3. Your child must be toilet trained.
  4. The Physical Exam Form must be completed and your child must have all mandated immunizations (DTaP series, Polio series, MMR, Hib, Varicella, Pneumococcal, yearly influenza).
  5. You must submit a completed registration form with the following:
    1. An original birth certificate or passport as proof of age.
    2. Original lease, deed, or current tax bill.
    3. Two of the following: original utility/telephone bill or bank statement, as proof of residence.
  6. $50 registration fee and first month’s tuition.

Program Policies & Fees:

  • All registration forms must be submitted with the non-refundable registration fee and the first month’s tuition.
  • Preschool fees are based on 180 school days, broken down to 10 equal monthly installments for your convenience. The fee is not based on the number of days in each individual month. Payment is due on the 15th of each preceding month.
  • Tuition for the three day a week program is $215 per month. Tuition for the five days per week is $340. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • There are NO refunds. Please plan accordingly. If you need to withdraw your child, you must submit written notice to the PACE Office prior to the 14th of the month you wish to remove your child from. For example: if your child is enrolled for January but you do not wish to have them enrolled for February, you must send us notice no later than January 14th
