Preschool Registration is now closed for the 2019-2020 school year. We are no longer accepting appointments.

Registration & Enrollment:

Registration is an in-person process and you must have an appointment. 

Space in the preschool program is extremely limited and enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee a school placement or a 3 day or 5 day placement.

Here are some tips for navigating the scheduling process:

  • Available days appear in bold on the calendar
  • Once you have selected the date and time you want, please click Continue.
  • When you schedule your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please hold onto the email in case you need to cancel or change your appointment
  • If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to our office and use one of our computers reserved for our PACE/SKIP families
  • If, for any reason, school is cancelled due to inclement weather or an emergency on the day you are scheduled to have your appointment, you will need to reschedule (please note, our office is open Monday-Thursday during Spring Break week).
  • Please be on time to your appointment! If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
  • We will not accept walk-in appointments.

Requirements:

In order to participate in our preschool program, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  1. To be eligible for the 2019-2020 school year, children must be 3 or 4 years of age by October 1, 2019.
  2. Your child must be a resident of Parsippany-Troy Hills (proof of residency must be provided).
  3. Your child must be toilet trained and have independent toileting habits.
  4. The Physical Exam Form must be completed and your child must have all mandated immunizations (DTaP series, Polio series, MMR, Hib, Varicella, Pneumococcal, yearly influenza).
  5. You must submit a completed Preschool Registration Form with the following:
    • An original birth certificate or passport as proof of age.
    • Original lease, deed, or current property tax bill.
    • Two of the following: original utility bill, original telephone bill, and/or original bank statement, as proof of residence.
  6. $50 registration fee

Program Policies & Fees:

  • All registration forms must be submitted with the non-refundable registration fee.
  • All new students will start on the Monday after registration, unless otherwise discussed.
  • Preschool fees are based on 180 school days, broken down to 10 equal monthly installments for your convenience. The fee is not based on the number of days in each individual month. Payment is due on the last Monday of each preceding month.
  • Tuition for the three day a week program is $215 per month. Tuition for the five days per week is $340. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • There are NO refunds. Please plan accordingly. If you need to withdraw your child, you must submit written notice to the PACE Office prior to the last Monday of the month. For example: if your child is enrolled for October 2019, but you do not wish to have them enrolled for November 2019, you must send us notice no later than October 28, 2019.
